Right guys, the time has come to get rid of my beloved Scooby. She has been off the road now for quite some time, with the whole intention being to get the right gearbox she deserves and to get her remapped to her full potential and begin using it again.

Main reason i have never got round to it is because i simply couldnt afford to do it with my business going down the pan....

Now im sorted and back on my feet i have decided to move away from the subaru as i have lost my touch with the spanners, and just dont have the time. (For those of you who want to know or wish to stone me alive.... Im ordering an audi s4......)

Right.... Down to the car. Basically its been off the road for around 5 years now but i have turned the egine over by hand quite regularly and also changed the oil twice during this period. All she really needs in my opinion is a new box then a good bit of tlc to get her through an mot and road worthy again.

I will be conpletly honest in the fact that i havent got a clue what the car is worth in this state however wont be accepting any silly offers. I am prepared to break the car if i dont get any reasonable offers but this forms a good base for a mini project for the summer.....

The car spec (as far as i can remember) is as follows;

Engine has covered less than 3000 miles before the gearbox went pop!

Refurbished WRX brakes, fully stripped down and rebuilt
Genuine morette headlight conversion
Sti front bumper with fog light covers and lower lip spoiler

Car is a 2002 bug eye which has covered 69k miles.

I will get her out the garage on the weekend and get some photos up but would appreciate your thoughts in the mean time!

Im sure it was built on pinks.... As stated in post though it was around 5-6 years since i built the engine.... Will check on saturday to confirm.

Ok Guys, since there seems to be no fruitful interest in the car as a whole, I am going to start breaking it this weekend.

Ive started by taking a few pics of the easy bits which I will get up for sale now, with more to follow. Keep an eye on the for sale section for the bits or PM me if there is anything specific your after and I will try to help.
