Default 2001 JDM BUG STI 47,000MILES "SOLD"

I have decided to sell the scoob which i have owned for 7 years, reason for sale is purely lack of use averaging 1200miles a year and just sits in the garage!! The car has always been a 3rd car so only really used in the summer and weekends and rarely seen the rain.
Just after i bought her the Ba$terd keyed both sides of the car when parked up so i had to have both sides painted and while in i had bonnet and bumper done.
i have a folder full of reciepts/invoices 90% of the work i have done myself (i work on cars for a living) i had a couple of services done at RCM at the start but then did all the work from then on myself inc cambet, geometry, fmic and aircon etc.
Recently i have fitted 4X brand new pirrelli p zero tyres and geomerty aligned to prodrive specs, also recent rear pads and serviced at the end of march.
Car was mapped by Richard Bulmer aka Tracktive Solutions 2 years ago, i have just had her on the rollers at RCM at the end of March where she put out 320bhp. Matt Clark said there still around 15-20bhp left but it has been mapped safe (Previous map was 332bhp)
Bodywork is pretty good for year although on the O/S/R door there are 2 scratches, one is a hairline scratch barely visable mid door and the other is at the bottom where it curves so is also difficult to notice (SEE PICS).
There is the odd mark and stone chip here and there but overall id say good condition. when i bought the cars i gave the underside 2 coats of underseal and all cavites were waxed.
p.s forgot sti8 rear lights and bumper

Went there about 2 weeks ago with a mate looking for a Scooby as a second car. Overpriced cars and not shall we say in the best condition at all cracked bumpers and worse. Unless you're going to look at a car that he's selling for a customer I'd avoid like the plague

Really? I've only ever heard good things about the place.

If it was so far away I'd be looking at the 2.1 blob for myself.

I went to view the white blob widetrack sti they had for sale for a while, the one with a low level spoiler, bumper colours didnt match, it had a dent in rear bumper, a whine from the rear on high speeds and the boot panel did not line up on each side

Strange, did you ask about the car as Maks is a very honest seller or did you go there hoping it would be in as new condition.

Ive had 2 cars from him and they have been spot on.

Mate got told it needed cosmetics but cracked rear bumper. Re sealed poorly rear window. Boot lid sprayed poorly. Spoiler bonded on with white sealant had separated from boot. Screws holding spoiler on has sheared and had sealant on them. Inside roof lining looked as if Stevie wonder had re sealed it against the rear glass. To be topped off by an issue of old MOT's not adding up
Not good

There's just no effort to even prep them ready for sale
