Default Tips on restoring/saving this light.

Looking for any advice on how or if I could restore this back light. Scratches are roughly 0.3mm deep. I did think one way was to get a polishing wheel on the lathe at work, but I couldn't see where the scratches were as I was holding the light upside down, and didn't want to smash it into the chuck! Anybody else got any ideas? Wet and dry then use some sort of polish paint renovator?
Cheers for any advice

Those look a bit deep to polish out. You could try with a polishing mop and buffing wheel on a drill, and use decent cutting compound, but beware of melting the plastic...and don't hold your breath for decent results
