Default Inlet manifold refurb

Anyone know where to have my inlet manifold repainted? Near Leicester preferred for ease.

Want as standard colour as possible.

Don't have time else would do it myself.

Do it yourself. Buy a spare and spray that then swap everything over. I've done a few, in the middle of another.

hi buddy, i am going to collect my spare inlet manifold up from the powder coaters tomorrow, cost me £40, hardly worth the hassle spraying it with rattle cans when you can get it powder coated for such a small price. am having it done at ... we do powder coating, there based in thurmaston leicester.

I've just done one......

The masking is the hardest bit, I wanted every bolt hole properly masked like from factory.

Kwik,
The polished ones look fantastic. Think I may do another shortly and try the shiny polished up look.
Any tips ??

Best advice I can give is....Don't. Lol, they are a nightmare to do. Lots of different grades of sandpaper, wet and dry and different sized and shape files, lots of Autosol, time and patience. I was never happy with the finish.

That said, just plopped a white one on which the lacquer has yellowed so I was thinking of polishing another.

Oh and I scratched it to death getting it on (twice)
