Default To wrap or not to wrap?

just got rid of my old classic my00 and baught another my00 lol love them! only real reason was that my old one had been to the moon and back, and I didn't really want to be putting loads of money into something that had that many miles! anyway my new classic only has 80k and has been off road for a while, engine is sweet, body a bit rough/faded paint.
so im thinking of getting it viynle wrapped in a matt colour, im going to see a company doing it Monday, but I know they are going to tell me its the best thing since sliced bread, so just wondered if any of you had ever had it done or seen any cars that have/ any pro's or cons? cheers
