Default Bug - Hawk conversion

Hi folks.

I've hit a stumbling block with my conversion, the place I was getting the front end welded has had a change of circumstance and can no longer do the work, is there anyone out there who can help please

No the front panel is spot welded so that has to be drilled out, then the new hawk panel has to be aligned and welded in its place, it can be bolted but I don't want to do this as you loose strength. If the factory thought it should be bolted I think they would have done so.

Ive done a blob to hawk and bolted the slam pannel all together had it checked out by a vosa guy and he said it was as strong as needs to be.

Its a straight forward conversion to do I done mine on my driveway the hardest part was the wiring of the headlamps as hawkeye different wiring system to the blob eye but trial and error sorted the problem.
