Urgent Tigerseal question
Just been fitting some rear spats to the rear bumper. First one no problem as it has doublesided tape/1mm pad that stuck solid and true. Came to the second one and the protective tape had come off meaning the double sided tape was now not sticky.
I have put tigerseal on it in an attempt to replicate the stickyness but will this hold over time and be as effective?

Never used it before. Read good things but not on anyone using a thin amount as a replacement for the sticky part on the adhesive pad/tape. The bottom part is screwed on but the sides and top are relying on the thin adhesive. Im a bit nervous about it but cant see much alternative. Ive sealed up the wind gaps to try and stop the wind from pulling it off at speed but left a small hole at the bottom for the rain to escape.
