got a little problem here and be grateful for any pointers

my front spoiler on my scooby is not inline with the offside wing , where the front spoiler meets the wing just by the beginning of the front drivers arch the spoiler comes in about 30 mm enough to notice . it seems to be missing a plastic pin or something simulair that goes through the wing and attaches to the front spolier ..

i have asked my local subaru dealer to look at it when it went in for its 60k serivice just last week they suggest a new front spoiler ?

any help pointers would be grateful .

i live in the midlands (hereford) but would be willing to travel in worth it
