Think it's more likely you have seen a spoiler with the Perrin Wing Stiffies installed. These can be had for £45 each from Perrin and are literally slide in and bolt into place (so i'm told.....)

Be careful of the Perrin stify's. If you have a replica spoiler, the bottom of the perrins don't exactly fit flush. They still fit and look amazing but do have a slight gap. I have a really good replica spoiler from scoobyworld and there is a slight gap (probably never notice it). The genuine spoilers subaru spoilers have markings and holes ready for the perrin screws.
You will need to take the spoiler apart to slide them in other wise you'll scratch and scuff the spoilers paint work trying to get them in. Real easy job though, plenty of tutorial vidz on youtube
I would recommend getting them
