Windscreen surround has blown loose !!!

Windscreen surround has blown loose !!!
Hope someone can help ,
During a bit of spirited acceleration into a headwind I heard a strange noise then a flapping sound . When I stopped the windscreen surround had detached itself from the top of the windscreen and was stuck to the roof . I've pressed it back into place but was wondering if there is an adhesive so I can bond it too the screen to stop this happening again . Is this a DIY job or should I call Autoglass ? The car is a 2004 sti .
