Default Wingmirror Removal

I've got some new wingmirrors for my 52 Bugeye, but I'm having no luck remving the old ones :[

I've taken the trim cover off the inside and removed the 3 screws that I can see, and that seem to match up to the new ones, but they won't budge at all, this is the same on both sides :/

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hmm, interesting, looks like some more trim needs removing. Thanks for that, I'll give it a try tomorrow :]

There's one at the front of the mirror which is in the door frame and not under the triangular trim , usually black . you'll need the door pad off to disconnect the electrics

Yep, tiny 7mm bolt hiding in the door. Got the passenger side off but didn't have time to start playing with the electrics, so it went back on ;]
