wheel arches
A few ways of doing this, depending on how you wish.
1) Get a bodyshop or specialist with an arch roller to do it. ( maybe no paintwork neccesary depending on the extent of roll)
2) Use a round object such as a bat, and slowly roll the car with the bat in between the arch/tyre. ( A bit hit and miss, definately require paintwork afterwards)
3) Use a hammer/dolly (probably need paintwork afterwards)
4) If it is only slightly catching on the rear under cornering, you can trim approx 4mm off the inner lip without interferring with the OEM spot welds, and touch up the lip afterwards.

Jack up the wheel get a 2 foot piece of 2x2 and gently bend back the inner lip i done it with no damage to the paint and it works fine just dont force it to much when the first bit bends the rest bends easyer
