Any recomendations for having windows tinted in herts area thinking of getting my wagon done and roughly how much it will cost ?

 

I dont know where in Herts you are, but if your close to Essex I know someone who does a really good job.

Based in Hornchurch its £75 for just the backs or £125 for the whole car.

What percentage tint did you go for on yours.... I know its a 30% max up front but I'm considering 50 front and 85 rear.... too dark?!?

Well people.... Tints are in and I must say the lads from 'Shades' were a right load of jokers...

I'll give it a few days for the tints to 'dry out' and post up some pics....

Group buy would have been a good idea, especially as I want to get my other car done now!

But as he does it for half the cheapest other quote Ive had still a very good price.

 

Word of warning (especially if you are over 35) - I got tints done and it messed up the AM reception on my radio (changed from OEM to Alpine and still couldn't get reception). That meant no Radio 5 Live - to cure the problem I got a bee sting put on the roof - best mod I have ever had done The stealer told me this was quite common.
