okay guys this has prob been asked before but which should i get? At the moment its a toss up between a scott lowe and the ht auto's. I know which is cheaper but which is made the best

I have a HT Auto's one on mine. I can't really fault it for the money and is supposed to withstand knocks and impacts.
No doubt the Scott Lowe one looks a million dollars but consider speed humps and kerbs.

I have a HT autos p1 splitter on my rb5, brilliant quality and the guy who painted it said it needed no prep before panting so thats good enough for me, and it wasnt that dear either at £130 or that. Here it is on the car:

Have a look either on my Profile, or on the Gallery section, more pics of mine (HT Autos) plus other makes., or maybe a search.
I have a Scott Lowe on STI and would certainly not buy another - the material is very thin and there are holes all over it where the fibreglass has cracked - it has never been knocked on speed humps/kerbs etc.Mudflaps are spot on but splitter is very poor quality.
