Default Winglets / Aeros for Blobeye WRX

Anyone know where the Blobeye STI type winglets or Aeros as they may be known be bought from to chuck on the WRX. I think these really improve the aggressive looks of the Blob?

secondly, are these fairly easy to fit?

You can buy them pre painted direct from subaru and you will have to cut 3 small slots in the wrx bumper for the blade clips on the winglets to push into.

Second hand pair went on ebay recently for not much less than list. Very popular mod.

Picked up a pair of Sti skirts the other day, will go nicely with the Sti aero.

How much do the winglets cost ready painted from Subaru? I bought mine HT Autos, £80 odd pounds with postage then I expect it will be £100 to have painted. Mick.

Sti aero pieces or winglets as you call them are about £70 each from your dealer pre painted in Sti colours.

I guess when you add the VAT it's around £70. But prepainted from Subaru for this price I guess is gona be the best bet, I'll get on the blower.

That MOD link anyway isnt that on your motor AllanP? It looks the works.

Yep that me, thanks.

I'll be updating it shortly when I get the skirts on, being painted at the moment. Would you believe these are something like £750 inc vat for the pair from Subaru, mine will have cost me a lot less than that.

Unhappy

If the Aero pieces or Winglets from Subaru only cost about £70 a pair painted I wasted about £100 buying them from HT Autos for £80 plus £100 for the painting! Mick.
