mud flap fitting?
You should have some instructions but basicly the bolts hold the brackets to the flaps, the black plastic plugs connect the flap to the plastic bodywork and the screws are used to attach the end of the metal bracket to the metal bodywork under the car.
If you bold the brackets to the flaps you will see where everythign is suppsoed to go.
Get a good drill bit to help you out. I managed to get the rears on with the wheels off and the fronts i managed to do with the wheels left on turned on full lock (although i took the rears off mine as they looked too rally-slag for my liking!)
