Default Rear fog light switch

Im after the part number for 1 of these, gonna see how much 1 will cost from Subaru

Its for the STI V5 Type-R

go down ur local scrappy and get one from a leggie or scoob.

i have seen them go on ebay for like £20,got mine for 10p

The leggacy will fit but looks diffrent
I was out bid on 1 on ebay for £16 with the postage, i just wanted 2 get a price on one, it may be cheap you never know...

Yea, if its the 1 im after ill have it

The other company wanted £20 + VAT + £5
Which costs more thn a new 1 from Subaru!!!

How much thn with P&P, unless you live local, thn i can collect.

it was from a friends wrx sti 1998 model.

i can take a pic later of it for you,its 99% the same as the one you posted up.

it has the wiring plug with it too

Dunno,looks the same to me,mines the right way up is the only difference i can see,that pic you got from ebay is a bit blurry.

anyhoo,£15 delivered.

I managed to buy a rear switch from ebay £4.50 delivered. problem is my plug dont plug into it, where could i buy a plug that fits it? and ill just swap the wires over.

I have made up my own wires for the plug now, but i am haveing trouble getting the fog light to work, any pointers onto which wires go where?

There is a mini circuit board inside.

You can trace the wires for the power/lights on etc, by looking at the other switches.

Multimeter and comparison to the other switches.

No other way really.

I was thinking...

If i got a wiring diagram of the old switch i bought and a wiring diagram of the fog wires, i could just match them up.

Where could i get such wiring diagrams from?
