95 WRX Wagon - Remove Rear Bumper??
Hi all,
can anyone here walk me through the removal of my rear bumper? I have a replacement one coming and need to get this one off asap!
Cheers

I've done it a couple of times on a SALOON, how different can it be?
Anyway, try this: Look under the very back of the car, there are either one, or two trim clips along the bottom edge of the bumper which need removing. IIRC, they are the ones with a centre pin, which is best picked out with a point. The clip then pulls out.
Now look further forward: at either side you should see three (IIRC) bolts about 16mm, in a line from front>rear along a chassis member. Undo them and remove them completely.
The number plate light connector now needs dsiconnecting.
The whole bumper should now SLIDE rearwards. It's on two legs that locate it inside the chassis member you took the bolts out of.
