Default Flaps - again...sorry !

Decided to buy some flaps, probably Scott Lowe as they seem to get the "best about but more expensive" label....

Will be Blue Flaps to go on a Blue Newage STi (about 4 weeks old).

Can't decide on white lettering or pink - comments or pictures please (pref. pictures).

Also seen some that just say STi - others have the "Subaru Techn......." written underneath the STi, think Scott Lowe just have the STi - where are the others from...??

Great site by the way !!

If you can, look on Ebay for a seller by the name of Mud-Ban. It's the same Scott Lowe flaps but £10-£15 cheaper.

Although I have had to wait 2.5 weeks from payment to recieve my red ones.

Got mine from a co that advertise on Ebay, www.rallyflapz.com, their ebay shop is called performance creations, hopefully a link below:

Great fit and good quality with SS brackets, I have blue on a WR Blue 06 WRX and love em, the only thing with mine is that 2 of the swoosh stickers were not stuck on that great and started to peel off aftre a few weeks/washes, called them up and they sent a pair of new stickers out that day so cannotfault them.

Are they supposed to be Prodrive mudflaps without the logo ?.
Subaru don't list any other type of mudflap other than the prodrive ones so I'm interested to know how they are genuine Subaru you have there ?

Cheer's.

Do you need to drill a hole in the wing to fit these ones ???

Have checked the ones Neanderthal mentions from Mud-Ban and they state very clearly that there is no drilling to the car.

You do need to drill one small hole (4mm I think it was) in the inner wing, this supports the end of the ss bracket. You could probaly do without it but I didn't want to rip the flap off if I had to reverse up a kerb, its happened before on previous cars.

If you let me have your email address I send you a pic of my 06 with the flaps on.
