Default Rear waist spoiler for wagon

Has anyone fitted one of these http://www.subaru.co.uk/IMGGB/WWW/su...F?Opendocument are they easy to fit and how are they fixed to the tailgate (i assume they are bolted & you have to drill holes but i just want to check)

Fitted my rear waste spoiler to my wagon? Its not to difficult! With the spoiler there are templates which you stick on the car before drilling the holes? Three holes each side and sticky seals on spoiler to stop water getting in?
