I have a normal subaru Impreza with the3 old grill and smoothen headlamps.
But I want to change the front end to the new look.
If I buy 00' headlamps, new grill and a new bonnet, will it come out good?

Please help me.

 

Do you have the slatted grill, not the oval one?
If you have the slate type grill....

You can change just the grill, but the edges would need shaping round your std lights slightly. Looks quite good with the old bonnet

You can fit the bonnet but you would need all the vents aswell. This does leave a small gap above the std lights but it's not that noticeable

The MY00 headlights would fit with your std grill but will leave a small gap between them and the grill, again not that noticeable.

Basically if you wanted to do this in stages (to spred cost) I'd do the lights then the grill and finish it with the bonnet Will look very nice!
The grill is the only part that will not fit with the old parts without modification.

But to finish it off you'll need a MY99/00 bumper with the indicators. This is a straight swap for the old bumper and even uses the old bumper support bar. This will fit without all the other bits.

I couldn't fit a fecelift grill on my MY93 it wouldnt even get close but i believe you can buy a facelift style grill for the 93-97 (rounded headlights) then u can keep headlights, and bonnet, and just spend all your money on a facelift bumper well thats what i was thinking about anyway ... however i have just bought a 3 slat bumper so sticking with that now

 

So what your saying is eveything is possible but it just needs a bit of modification to get a scoob like

if you want your car to look like the one on the bottom picture you will need headlights, bonnet, bumper and front grill!
or you can keep your headlights and bonnet and modify your grill or buy a pre modifyed one and then just buy the facelift bumper!
