Exactly what paint (primer, top coat, lacquer) do i need to colour code the plastic sills and how much of the stuff?

 

Same as painting anything else all paintwork is 90% prep 10% painting.

Use a prep cleaner on the plastic then an adhesion aid then prime x 3 coats run down with 800grit wet and dry but dont go through the primer, then paint with normal single pack paint then lacquer 3/4 coats.
