Im sure this has been asked before. Cant tell by looking, but this looks like a straight swap, as the 98 has the later bonnet and grill.

They should fit okay but is the '98 grille not vertical whereas the '99 is slanted?

The grilles are slightly different, the lights WILL fit, no probs.

The grilles will swap as well, they are slightly different design but the mountings/dimensions etc are identical.
