Question

Hi.
Im thinking of making an induction scoop that replaces the headlight a bit like this one on the skyline (for track days only!)

Would there be any demand for this?
Thanks, Rob.

Thumbs up

Yes, I got em too. Thought about that also. Think a full scoop should ram loads of cool air in right where its needed.

Guess it would depend on how quick / easy it is to switch from light to scoop and back again.

Cool

How about doing something with the spot light and piping the air up to the intake, which is what I am looking at.

I could do a new surroumd for the morerres that still has the headlamp in place, but a duct where the spotlight is. Would that be any good?

Sounds good so, any idea about the legall implications, or would it be a case of swapping over for the MOT

Dont think it would be a problem, as the outside lamp on the morettes has sidelight, low and full beam. The inner ones are just spots, but I will check
Thanks, Rob.
