I have a couple of stone chips on the bonnet, as such, can anybody recommend a good 'chips away' agent in the Hertfordshire area please.

Also where can I get a pink Subaru stars grill badge for a MY01?
And how do you change them please?

Thanks,
Graham.

I was going to go the Chips Away route about a year ago. If you only have one or two chips to repair then it's worth it and I'm told they are excellent. I had more than a few...Okay, alot! I had the whole front of the car resprayed, and looking back I'm glad thats what I did. It wasnt that much more money, and now the paint is thicker + probably better quality than the original. Ive only gained one stone chip in a year or so since and I'm sure it's down to the better quality of the paint.

Just my thoughts but good luck with whatever you do .
Cheers.

If you are after a "smart" repairer and you don't mind a trip to Harefield then try "Little knocks" 01895 677112. I recommended these guys, they do a really good job, very professional service and they will do it while you wait in the comfort of a heated waiting room. They all have scoobs and will probably do you a special deal.

Wideboyuk. They are on your doorstep if u need any work done, they are at the end of summerhouse lane at the bottom of the hill before the traffic lights over the grand union.

They have resprayed my rear bumper twice, a wing mirror and refurbished all my wheels, also done my Dads front bumper.

I drive the RB5 u have seen around Ruislip/northwood, if you wanna have a look at what they have done then flash me down next time. Alternatively just pop round and see them, they are very approachable and all have scoobs. Unless they are really busy then they will always have the time to chat to you.

Mark.
