Recolour coding morrettes

I am picking up a pair of Bug eye morrettes at the weekend, but they are coloured blue (my car is Silver).
Is it straight forward to re-colour these? Should I get a body shop to do it (could get the skirts colour coded then)? Any top tips?
Can anyone recommend anybody in the Manchester area who could help?
