Martin,

I will have a spare set of clear (frosted) side repeaters probably next week as I am changing mine for crystal (silver bulbs). You can have mine if you want.

In fact if you or anyone else wants my clear (frosted) front indicators (1994 wrx) when I replace them they can have them (have two o/s and one n/s). Both o/s ones got water inside, they work but are discoloured and could do with a clean up if you can take them apart. First come first served on these, Martin has first refusal on the repeaters!

Kev

Paul,

I think they probably will. See "Finally Got My Car in The Gallery" in the Gallery (red scoob with 5 spokes). If your bumper is a similar shape to mine they should fit ok. Later scoobys (98 or 99 onwards had smaller/shorter front indicators.

They're yours once the car comes back (can put my amber ones on until I get the crystals).

Cheers,

Kev

Paul

Definitely going to bed now, just had to feed the cat :-)

They don't weigh a lot as I can remember, so I'll just stand the postage if you mail me your address. The car should be back by the beginning of next week so perhaps by next weekend you'll be in possession.

If Martin hasn't responded by the time I'm ready to send the fronts, you can have first refusal on the side repeaters also if you need em! Just let me know?

Kev

Question

will do!!
While youre on, whats the script with the door handles? can you just spray them the colour you want, or can you buy different coloured ones? got a silver 5 door with black door handles(erm), think it would make a big difference if they were silver.

kevin,
my door mirrors are silver, so i might just take off the door handles and take em down to the paint shop and have them sprayed. Just hope they dont start peeling after a bit!

Martin,

My car came with red door handles and mirrors. I believe WRXs (at least from 1994 onwards, as mine is) came with colour coded mirrors and door handles - someone correct me if I'm wrong?

I got the skirts colour coded when I added the boot spoiler, mod'd the grille and bumper and smoothed the bootlid and rear bumper. I guess it shouldn't cost too much to have your handles matched, but I'm not a paint wizard so daren't hazard a guess.

Sorry I couldn't be much more help. I think other guys on this BBS must have had it done, so you could post the question and should get some idea from the responses.

Kev
