Default Front end facelifting, how difficult?

Just after some info in to the job of taking a blobeye front end to a hawk. I have a rough idea of parts needed, bonet, wings, lights, bumper etc..I know many of the breakers on here can supply all the bits if in stock.

Is this a job you can do on your drive or more suited to a decent garage to put together? If it's a case of un-bolting, removing and then fitting the new bits I'm sure that's not to bad.

I don't have a garage so just don't want to get stuck half way through it.

Any info appreciated

Not difficult but fahooking expensive for what it is IMO, personally don't even really like the look that much to spend the best part of £3k to get it.

I honestly think if you're thinking along those lines and the fact that it's a weekend track toy, you'd be better off selling up and buying a Spec C hawk, at least then come for sale time it will actually be what it is and you'll get your money back.

What you're doing now is a kin to trying to turn a WRX into an STI, it will never be one or command a premium or the money you put into it.

If you have to mod to that extent then you bought the wrong car to start with.

But hey your money your choice.

The most difficult part is fitting the new slam panel. The rest is just bolt on afaik.
