Just can't see past Spain. I know Greece won it a couple of tournaments ago so there could be a surprise, but Spain have world class players in pretty much every position and some in reserve. England hmmm, I'd go with if we get to play one knockout game then we've matched my expectations for them.

FA have just announced that Duran Duran will be doing the music for the official England tune.

"His name is Rio, and he's watching from the stand......."

I'm thinking Spain will revert to type and blow it somewhere along the line.

Maybe an outsider like Italy or France with possibly England doing a Greece

Ive been saying for the last month Roy will make us hard to beat and we could easily do a Greece with a string of 1-0's.

Other than that I have a fiver on Russia and Germany.

The Ref was Dishing out yellow cards to Greek players as if they are to blame for Euro crisis!

I fancied the Dutch to do well however after their match against Denmark they have no chance. Germany or Russia for me. I want to see the Russians play a top team to see how they fare but against Czech Republic they looked good.

I still believe Holland have a team capable of doing it, just a opening game glitch against a Denmark team that parked the team bus on the line as they knew the Dutch are attack minded and used it to their Own advantage. Next time the Dutch will not underestimate the opposition

Mind you the Dutch defence looked a bit stretched at times especially when the midfield was caught pushing forward..

Hopefully Spain force the Italians to play more attacking football and not that defensive style they normally adopt.....

Could be a cracker

Good game.... Not the usual "park the bus" Italian side.

Let me guess, bunch of Premiership fans again?

Yes, Italy have the reputation but Prandelli has had them playing positive attacking football for the last year. Totally underestimated IMO.

Off course you'd know this if you actually followed the game and didn't just read the back pages

Shocked that Holland crashed out and didn't even manage a point

They were very bad in all 3 matches, defenders are useless, not the good team they used to be.

Theyre not a bad team at all, if anything they are probably a little better now but much weaker defensively. But massively overrated IMO. They are about on par with England if you take out 2-3 players from their team its very average. We are just the same really.
