UTD on the slide?
Two geriatrics propping up the midfiled and United figures out today show:-
Confirmed figures MUFC 31st March cash at bank £25.6m (down from £113m year ago)
MUFC cash spent on interest and bond buybacks first nine months of year = £71m
Thats £71 million pounds stolen from Manchester United by the odious vile owners, yet mugs still buy season tickets and merchandise.
They cant compete in the transfer market this summer, whilst Chelsea, City and Arsenal get stronger.

Here, if you think our squad is too old and we have no money and we were how many points above your pathetic team? and yes, we do have silver ware this last season
http://www.manutd.com/en/Players-And...irst-Team.aspx
And what is really funny is that Liverfools team is actually older than Man Utd's

You need to get your facts right

Come back when you understand football finance and have Q4 results, which are due in 6 weeks or so
Decline? United are worth 20% more than this time last year
Granted what the Glazers are doing is quite literally shiiiiite! but the only silver lining in that is it's sustainable for United. They made £85m cash profit in the first 9 months of the year, which is more than any other english club has achieved in 12 months. Expect to see cash topped back up to c. £75m by the end of June
As for age, there is only one younger squad in the EPL and that is Norwich, and the two old guys taken out of the equation United would have the youngest team by far
And on the two old guys, they still do a job and would in almost every team in the league! Younger isn't always better is it? Giggs V Downing and Berbatov V Carroll and Scholes V Adam.
United HAVE improved this season even whilst rebuilding, where as Liverpool rebuild then get worse
Do you even know what Liverpool's last financial results where? they were bad last year and that was including European football! wait until this years Just remember only United have to publish quarterly results due to the bonds, if any other club had to it wouldn't make pretty reading and I include City and Chelsea in that
Anyway addi, I do hope that as you're self employed you're more intelligent in real life than as you come across on here

Come back when you understand football finance and have Q4 results, which are due in 6 weeks or so
Decline? United are worth -20% less than this time last year
Granted what the Glazers are doing is quite literally shiiiiite! but they are only lining their pockets at our expense. They made £85m cash profit in the first 9 months of the year, which is more than any other english club has achieved in 12 months but sadly most went to them. Expect to see cash topped back up to c. £75m by the end of June 2045

And on the two old guys, they still do a job and would in almost every team in the league! Younger isn't always better is it? Giggs V Downing and Berbatov V Suarez and Scholes V Gerrard yes liverpool win hands down.

Very good.
Though not like a Liverpool fan to live in a complete fantasy world, trying to turn something into a joke to deflect from the main points in question because of the grim reading it makes for you as well as making you look a twat
addi "i have been saying this now for a few years only for the mancs to ignore this"
Until you say something with an ounce of truth in it it will remain the case, not just what you and others want to happen
Flightman is just a windup merchant

I have and I do
When you're worried about what's going on at your club you try and look for as much info as you can! I've read god knows how many articles from various financial 'experts' etc. What is going on is not good for the club, how can getting close to £1/2bn being taken out of United's accounts be good? but and this is the biggy, it still operates making profit even paying all that money out.
Various payments get payed to United during Q4, as with a lot of other clubs. So as graphs show from previous years show Q3 is always the worst quarter for cash in the bank.
United need to buy back a few more bonds before the Glazers will float the club on the Singapore stock exchange, in the hope it will push the value up to £2bn(currently £1.4bn) and make them £600m. Which I'm sure you'll agree will cover the debt
There is a very good reason why United are the most valuable sports team in the world, and it's not because they're losing more money than they make is it? Not like is happening down the road. Anybody that thinks FFP will not make a difference to clubs are mistaken, it was backed by clubs throught Europe. The only thing they challenged was when it was going to be fully implemented now 2015 instead of 2012.
United easily meet these regulations now, so no problems here
