Premiership, what next.
OK I'll admit I'm more than a little chuffed, and endorphins are probably clouding my judgement a little , but......
Where does the Premiership go next? This season has been incredible so far. The closest race for a long time. So where does it go next?
Man Utd.
Neville gone, and Giggs and Scholes probably following him. Not much spending in Jan ?(if any?) and SAF can't go on for ever. I sense Utd are shortly arriving at a crossroads. Jose managing in 2 or 3 years, backed by £150,000,000 treasure chest? Will they get him, and do the sceptics want to splash that cash?
Arsenal.
Same old same old. Pretty football, but is that enough over a season? The last 5 years suggests not and is Wenger willing to trade some flair for bite? Probably not.
Man City.
Money is no object and I think it could be City who are the ones to beat next year, and maybe beyond that. Still need some consistancy, and need to keep Tevez!
Chelsea.
Hardest to fathom out. Still got the cash to burn, even if it's sometimes not always spent as wisely as it seems. An ageing team as well and a slightly unbalanced one now, IMHO. But they've reached the heights before and could rebuild and do it again.
Tottenham.
Still not top 4 material IMHO. Any team seriously making a title challenge shouldn't be considering taking Beckham. And I'm a big Beck fan. I can't see Spurs making the step up. And if Capello leaves and England come knocking, will 'Arry be tempted? Probably.
Liverpool.
Need to buy big in the summer. Dalglish is still only a temporary manager and the new stadium, or redeveloped Anfield could prove distracting. The club needs some stability and a 3-5 year plan, both on and off the pitch.
Whatever happens next, I'll still be slagging you lot off!

Three incredible results over the weekend.
The most entertaining by miles at St James Park. More Wacky Races than top flight football but a fantastic game to watch.
Interesting that so many people talk about those two 4-3 games for Liverpool with Newcastle - now they can add the Arsenal game.

How's Torres working out for you? Loved the chelski calls on 606. He's being slagged off already.
Oh, how many points did you pick up against us this season? Mines a double!

Simples cap the wages to 30k a year .... Yep 30k a year and you will get back the heart of the game ,like said theres only a handful of teams now so get rid of the fairies who hate to header the ball cause of their 2k hairstyle and to slid tackle incase they ruin their spray on tan .

Has been a entertaining & unpredictable season but lacking real star quality players, La Liga has most of the players that have won the big trophies and that is a concern.
Take Bale, Fabs & Tevez out and there's not much left.

Always happy to trade insults with the plastics.
I see Torres has quickly found out where he is now.
Fernando Torres has admitted he was lacking enthusiasm at Liverpool and that things "looked black" before he joined Chelsea.
The Spain striker moved to Stamford Bridge for £50million last week after three-and-a-half years on Merseyside.
And although he concedes he has joined a "smaller club", he believes it was a move he needed to reignite his love of the game.
The 26-year-old told Spanish radio station Cadena Ser: "Money was not important. I left to improve sporting-wise.
"I thought I would stay one more year and take it as a transition season.
"But a time comes when you lose enthusiasm, you see those in the Spanish national team are playing at a different level.
"Then when everything looked black, Chelsea came and showed a real interest."
Torres is nevertheless grateful to his former club.
"Liverpool will always be very special to me," he added.
"Because of its history, Liverpool is a bigger club but it's going through a difficult time.
Enjoy him plastics, thanks for the £50,000,000.

Here they are, happily waving their recycled Aldi carrier bags.
And here's another one of them, discussing where things went wrong, last Sunday.

Big step up for Woy http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/foot...on/9391291.stm
Another ex Liverpool employee moving to a smaller club. It's becoming a habit.
