Thumbs up The 2010-11 Chelsea thread

Be rude not to. Let's start with Carvalho moving to Madrid for nearly 7million, sad to see him go but done six years good service, and decent money for a 32 year old.

I bet they're kicking themselves they never took the £40m for Terry from City, Carvalho is a better centre half, how much is Terry worth now £4m ??

Sad to see him go but that is good business at £7 million and we have got good replacement in Alex and Ivanović.We need replacements for the players that have left(Joe Cole etc).Ramires if he signs could be a really good player and hopeful Gaël Kakuta will come though.

The fantasy football league prices to buy players, are always a pretty accurate reflection, read 'em a weep!

Pointless ban for Anelka, seeing as he retired from international football

Seem to be getting the results, but don't think Wigan and West Brom are the hardest of starts.
Bit of an extended pre-season really.

But good results anyway

If they were an extension of our pre season, we'd have lost them both! , I see it more of an extension of last season

Has someone made up that 4th team as a joke? Poor old Peter Kenyon's probably scouring his AA road map of Europe to see if he can find it! I think it's in the northern part of Narnia, Peter.

Well i would hope so if the rumours of him being involved in a consortium to buy liverpool are true, might be a conflict of interest otherwise.
