I am past caring where LFC finish, I'd just like to see players passing the ball to one another and playing like they want to win.
Since winning the FACUP and beating AC meelan in 2005 its all been downhill from then.
F O quickly RB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Inviting Dalglish back to manage has to be a retrograde step. The guy hasn't managed for 10 years, and his last couple of jobs (Celtic & Newcastle) both ended in failure anyway. Liverpool need to pull their finger out right now and get the man they want for the future, not some kind of romantic stop-gap: that never works! Remember Shearer and Newcastle?
The new guy needs to buy/sell players during the summer transfer window to take the team in the direction that he wants and not just inherit players whom Dalglish has picked-up during a short-term spell in charge, prior to heading back upstairs as yet another "Director of Football"

I've just been party to an interesting discussion.
Apparently Liverpool are going to bring the glory days. Dalglish will be the next manager. Very happy with that.
However I think John Barnes on the left might be pushing it a bit.

Admitedly both flukes
Bring on King Kenny, you'll be begging for Rafa to come back within 2 months
I bet Ash is sobbing in a pint some where in Leeds right now.

1 CL win (beat Chelski easy in semi), 1 Fa cup, 1 super cup, 1 charity shield. Another CL final (beat chelski easy in semi). A further CL semi (losing in a tight semi to chelski) and league cup final. You could say his failure was to not win the EPL, having come second last year.
A better record than Scotch face in Europe and lets not even start with pretty football Wenger.
Surely on a matter of time before the club with the world biggest debt hits problems. After all the big signings have dried up.

Fergie has won 2 CL finals and lost 1. He has also won the Cup Winners' Cup. There's also the small matter of 11 Premier Leagues, 5 FA Cups, 4 League Cups and numerous Mickey Mouse trophies. I think anyone would agree that that is rather more than the late lamented Benitez.
But what have facts got to do with anything when you're a short-sighted tit?
