well I'll get the next game underway now.

Gooners played very well, should have had a pen, but ultimately couldn't make the home advantage count.
Liverpool showed the grit that it takes to win the Champions League. Good result

**** me, feel well seen off. no wonder chelsea hate playing liverpool, just so boring. dont get me wrong you got the result you needed and it worked, but again you will see a boring liverpool at anfield.
we got mugged on the penalty descion. dirk kuyt says it wasnt a penalty so thats ok.
just feel liverpool where very lucky and it shows our inability to close off a game.
what was with the formation to?????toure right back? **** senderos out of it eboue right back and walcot on the right or higher up. is it just me who sees the problems he can cause?
think liverpool played cesc well, until second half

Wake up Arsenal you'lL never win anything with the likes of ADE BUYS **** or Ebou/Hleb/Sendross/flamini/bendtner etc. This is the champions/premierer league its like going to TOTB with a classic standard WRX....FORGET IT.I'm a BCFC BLUES fan but i love to see arsenals style of footy but it cant compete with the crap players youve got

Eboue is no good in midfield on the right and and is debatable at right back, Senderos is far too unreliable, one game can be brilliant in defence the next have a total shocker and then repeat all season. Van Persie is way out of form but his injury record again makes him far too unreliable as a first choice striker. Bendtner is awful and a liability as shown tonight. Diaby and Diarra just aren't good enough to fill in for Flamini or Fabregas and we don't have anyone to stand in for Rosicky when he is injured.
Wenger HAS to spend money this summer as the squad just isn't up to the job. If we have our top 11 players fit then we have a great team, as soon as we have injuries then the replacements are laughable when compared to what Man Utd and Chelsea can choose from.

For all the Arsenal fans dismay about the scoreline you were far the better team from what I saw. The old plan B debate could be raised but Liverpool and Benitez are happy to play defensive football in Europe. As shown in the Prem this gets draws which is great in knockout football but not good enough in a league format.
I can see a 1-1 at Anfield and ET.

it is a results business yes but its also a money business and get bums in seats business. chelsea consistantly havent filled there stadium this year(im going by press reports as havent been to the bridge this year so correct if im wrong) and i put it down to the way they play. emirates has consistantly had 59000+ in because people enjoy the way they play.
if liverpool play negative football they may not fill their new stadium which loses money(i say maybe because im aware you have one of the best support around)
