I'm afraid Arsenal have shown themselves to be lazy, cheating, fouling, dirty, diving crap players!!

Quite shocking!

Seems Nani and Anderson are proving themselves to be worthwhile purchases

can i first say I HAVENT seen the game.

Now, Arsenal are not crap. They just didnt win today. They are a quality side.
Every good team has an off day. Didnt United have theirs last Week? Did everybody start saying united are utterly crap?
Please dont turn the thread into comments full of arsenal are crap or liverpool are crap as they are not sensible comments.

A Man Utd fan.

granted some teams have good and bad days , its just , specially with the arsenal fans they cant ever admit their team were crap, it would either be the pitch, the lack of players, any excuse. plus being a westham boy it makes todays score even more great! pretty gutted ur boys didnt play tevez as u could have easily got another 2! claret & blue thru and thru

Whats really pissed me off after the match yesterday is how Wenger/ArsenalMOTD have accused Nani of show boating - how?

The 'problem' was caused by Nani holding on to the ball while being chased back down the wing. Due to the very fact that he was being closed down Nani didnt have time to bring the ball down on the floor - hence why he had to head/chest it for 20 metres. Instead of wingeing why not admire the guys skill?

Arsenal lost it in a number of ways yesterday. They are still a great time and i wouldn't want to call where the title will end up but they/Gallas completely embarssed themselves.

On a more positive note I thought Nani had his best game in a red shirt so far and looked like a mini Ronaldo. The propect of the 2 of them in a couple of years is mouth watering.

Also looks like in Anderson we have a ready made replacment for the ginger wizard when he eventually hangs up his boots

Edited to say i have just seen Ferguson agreeing that Nani was show boating - did i miss a particular incident or is play well now considered show boating?

Lets be fair - he wasnt doing kick ups for ease of control, he could have easily passed it back to van der sar. However I personally see no problem with it - the opposition doesnt like as its embarassing them that they cant get the bal and Fergie didnt like it as I guess more chance of giving the ball away and losing a goal etc. But for the fans its good entertainment.

Overall a very embarrassing day for Arsenal. Owned all over the pitch, Capt Gallas with his dodgy off the ball antics against Nani (how he got away with that I dont know), Eboue with yet another horrific tackle and Adebayor coming on only to show how great (or poor) his diving skills are. Best of all they couldnt use the "we had a weak side" excuse they used against Spurs as Man Utd also have 4 first teamers left out.

We looked a lot better than last week and showed that we actually wanted to win. Fletcher was amazing as were Nani and Anderson. Arsenal just didn't want it and made it clear they didn't want to be there. There was no excuse for Gallas' kick on Nani, regardless of him showing etc, Arsenal are known for fancy football afterall. Toure's red might have been a little harsh, it didn't affect the outcome though.

Just a shame I couldn't get tickets
