Platini - you had this coming
Liverpool fan to sue Uefa over Athens chaos | Liverpool | Premiership | Football | Sport | Telegraph
Am not denying that supporters were to blame for what happened, just that there is a collective responsibility when it comes to events like this.
Hope he takes UEFA to the cleaners.

Pity you dont know about the history between the two clubs eh? 100 fans locked in at OT and given the beating of their lives.
What goes around comes around and a bit of **** on your head is nothing compared to taking a kicking.

So the laughable concept of a Liverpool fan taking UEFA to court because tens of thousands of fellow "fans" stormed the ground (you think they'd know better after Hillsborough) has turned into a free for all!!
On topic, minus the official 17000 Liverpools "fans" the rest were a disgrace on that day spoiling it for those who had real tickets bought through official channels. I cannot understand how UEFA can be blames for the appalling selfish actions of the thousands of others.
The ground and policing would have been more than adequate had the other 33000 idiots not turned up and spoiled the party...
Liverpool fans need to sue themselves...

thanks for your biased opinion.
think you need think about collective responsbility here rather than just pointing blame at the fans. UEFA have an obligation as well as the individuals that were there.

Digger: Premier League braced for Tevez fallout | Columnists | Guardian Unlimited Football
Final paragraph:
Uefa's investigation into the Champions League final ticket fiasco is unlikely to contain encouraging news for Liverpool supporters nursing a sense of grievance. The European governing body has gathered evidence from British police highlighting more than 20 violent incidents involving Liverpool fans in the last four years, details of which will be included in a dossier that will be passed to the sports minister, Richard Caborn, next week.
Now there's a surprise.

So what should this poor hard done to fan do now? There are two options:
1) Sue UEFA, the greek police, and every LFC fan without a proper ticket or
2) Stop moaning
Oh and my opinion (to which you are more than welcome) is no more biased than your own

I would welcome your opinion if it contained any substance of value. Think you need to re-read the article. Genuine fan who's denied entry due to UEFA mis-management of an event. If you read the guy in question he is pretty honest in his statement:
"While unsavoury elements of the Liverpool fans must take responsibility for their actions, so must Uefa take responsibility for its shortcomings."
Its down to UEFA to ensure controls are in place as well as individuals to remain ethical. Its clear no controls were in place.
You might also want to read my first post on this thread.

As for your opening post and me reading it - If I had been paying more attention I admit I would have reworded my previous post... I wont say to what though
Ad for throwing poo? I heard it happened from a reliable source away from SN (who went) but then it could just be an urban legend... If I dig around google enough I might find the photos from the damage the bindippers did to OT not so long ago...

whats your favourite beer ? brand of bitter it is ?
you're full **** fella, suggest you focus on your own recent problems which is being involved in three televised issues of violence this CL league year.
you're better watching brazil game as you know sweet FA about the history between liverpool and Scum fans. Like I said, 100 fans locked in for a beating. Compare that to someone being crapped on. Get some perspective.

I don't know if the remainder of your post is aimed at me or abdabz, I'm well aware of the history of the two clubs , one of my 1st memories was seeing a Utd fan at Anfield with a dart embedded in his forehead way back in 76 I think.
As for the poo throwing it was not an urban myth, 56blacksti do yourself a favour and google search Ged Poynton's apology letter that was published in most of the Sundays, it was only lasy year, the same match when they bricked and tried to turn over Alan Smith's Ambulance, or is Mr Poynton a mythical figure also ?
But as you say it's rubbish

"I am ashamed to admit in one case excrement was thrown. How low can you get? We did what we could, we tried to brush people down and compensate those involved."

ash you simply cannot defend the actions of the scum that follows your team
Liverpool fans have been condemned as the worst in Europe in a scathing Uefa report, following violent scenes at the recent Champions League final against AC Milan (News of the World).
