Was quite good. Nixy didn't have enough to get the last set, but what a comeback. I liked the snippets from the old tournaments, is there any way of getting the old tournaments on dvd? I remember watching Bristow and Jockey Wilson and the rest. It may be rose tinted glasses, but it seemed so much more exciting in those days, and there seemed to be more 'characters' around.

I watched nixy in all his matches and i was absolutely gutted for the man when he was so far down. then the comeback came and as much as i like Wolfie i hoped nix could pull it off.
he had no shame in coming second with an attept and effort like that. every year i say i won't watch the darts and every year...i'm sat watching.
shame about Mervin King being a bit of a *** though. his attitude stunk.
and get well soon Andy Fordham.
