Parking shouldn't be a problem. Since it's a big match, I should imagine all the usual places are open. The cost of parking does tend to go up as you get closer to the ground, and they are well marked as you approach the stadium.
As for which stand, I don't know. The cheapest ticket on a United match day is North 3rd. You can see the whols pitch, but the players are a little on the small side, and the ball may 'disappear' if kicked high enough.

Do not sit in the North Stand Third Tier whatever you do. Its miles up, view is pants and the likelyhood is you will have a hernia climbing the stairs.
Pay for a 40 quid one, they are likely to be tier one either south or north or possibly in a quadrant in the corners.
The best place to sit in my opinion is south stand or stretford end. Seating plan can be found here:- http://www.manutd.com/tickets/ on right hand side of the page.
Parking. I would imagine it is the same for home united games, so I like to Park in the DVLA carpark right next to Lou Macaris fish and chip shop on the corner of Matt Busby Way. I can get away from the ground within 20 mins even with the traffic leaving the area. £5.00 to park, secure and monitored by security during the match. It is on the junction of Matt Busby Way and Chester road. Map here

Before leaving eat chips 'n' gravy from Lou Macaris
