The question is.... if there was that much motorsport on TV would we listen sympathetically to the moans of football fans complaining that they can't escape motorsport all over their TV?........
Of course not! Not after the hearing they gave us in the other thread anyway!!!

Personally wish Sky would get all footy matches, along with cricket, and tennis.
Lads kicking a bit of dead cow around and getting paid silly money for doing so is not really that appealing, but of course we must bow down to the masses of fans who get oh so worked up when their team loses!

Don't forget Motors TV on SKy. They do live coverage of all BTCC races, plus loads of other stuff. I wish I could get it on NTL - I'm seriously considering changing just to get it. Eurosport is the only channel carrying extensive coverage of Le Mans (Group C race is on now!).

I would enjoy football more if it was the skillfull players of the '60's my Dad keeps going on about.
I'd rather have a good rally on the tele rather than those overpaid nonces running around a pitch, all tired out at the end of 90minutes, crying because they lose, wearing their wifes accessories and the lark. Frikkin ******.
Whens some good rallying on?
Lets check M&M

Footballs far superior to motorsport.
It's a million times more socialble, you don't go down the pub to watch the superbly fantastic and 'exiting' F1, do you?
Got to dissagree, gimme futtie, ANYDAY!

How many fans have gone to Portugal compared to the amount that go to le Mans every year. A hell of a lot less than go to Le Mans.
