So the reason for Pompey going down at the end of this season will be because of the (now overused and very tiresome) injuries excuse, not that they are a 1st div side failing to make an impact on the premiership?? I think the ego's got too over inflated cos they walked a weak 1st division last season and now they have to make excuses for not cutting it.
Nobody likes whingers, especially Harry 'Whinger' Redknapp and his hospital blue army.
There's only one team in Hampshire

Ahh yes, the team do if you count their performances of late, but they've still beaten the skates twice already this season And they obviously blow smaller donkeys than Pompey
Mind you, it's a sad day if they can be happy with a 0-0 draw with Leicester at home just cos it put Pompey in the relegation zone...

Go on, tell me.
BTW just to show I can be objective when watching the Villa. Their call for a handball in the area was not justified, on the replay, albeit it is a close call, the ref made the right decision by not calling a penalty.
Shame though, we would have won 3-1.

Was a good game to watch. Saw some good passing in the Villa team. They are starting to look more like a team now.
Daz, where the **** was ANGEL eh???? Apart from doing sweet FA what WAS he doing on the pitch????? Sorry, but he just isn't a consistant player enough to be raved about. Yeah he is settling in, but doing that pathetic little fall over to try and claim a penalty really pissed me off.
We should have got a draw out of that match to be honest, but there we go, that's football.
Hopefully we maintain a high position and maybe get into Europe this year.

You don't get the full picture watching a game on the tv, you have to watch them 'in the flesh' for the full 90mins
Angel contributes so much to the Villa teams play. Your favourite player has done bugger all apart from run down blind alleys for the last 10 months. He has terrific pace to leave a defender for dead but would rather tease them with the ball. He would create & score more goals if you kept it simple IMHO.

Mmm I agree that Vassell again didn't work as hard as he could have done. Barry, Samuel, Dublin and Hendrie were key players as well as Sorenson, would you agree?
Although Vassell did more that game than Angel.
I wish I could see them live again, but a trip from Aus is a tad expensive just to see one game.
