Anyone do Jei Kung do (think thats how ya spell it)
#2
Dont know about that but after 5 years(on and off with injury) i started win chung( think thats how ya spell it!!!),
Exellent style although it takes years of training to get any good,
It is basically very close contact with limited moves that can disable most people but the training is hard,200 with left into sand back, then right, then repeat, plus the inner strenght thing and the stance, they all hert but feel good in a weard way,
Try and find a place mate but recomend single tuition,
cheers,
