"EVERY area of the park"

Erm our 11 shots to your 6, and we had 9 corners to your 5...

If 1-0 is a thrashing, what did we do to you lot earlier in the Season (2-0), and twice last Season (4-1 and 3-0)? HoHoHoHoHoHo

Striker??? Ricketts didn't score (again) and Geremi's a Midfielder (let's face it, he's not much of a goalscorer is he?!) Bit like the rest. He and Maccarone are top with 6 goals each - OOOooooooooh!

Al's scored 21 so far this Season, all by himself. SHEARER! SHEARER! SHEARER!

Cheers Pete!

Question

I forget who won again?

Was it BORO??

I am talking a few days ago NOT the historic past games you seem to be alluding to!!

Going by your logic, as Acrington Stanley once thrashed Man Utd in 1875 it STILL means that Acrington Stanley are a BIGGER club than Man Utd ................. plain stupidity, as is the Toon history droll on and on and on and on and on

"plain stupidity"

Oh you're getting silly now Pete. I'm talking as far back as last Season, and you? 1875...

When did you last lead Inter Milan at the San Siro 1-0 at half time? Ever - not just in the Champions League? Is this up to date enough for you Pete, or is Al scoring about 10 mins ago also in this History thing you keep going on about. At least we've got some History and a Present!

What've you got to celebrate? The first victory in the Top Flight at Home for 26 years against the mighty Toon Army. If we're such a crap Team and Club as you seem to think, why's that win against us so important to you...????????

Another scalp comes our way!!

Leeds have gone the way of Poor second-rate Sunderland, Mewcastle and Man Utd!!!

Not bad for the second biggest club in Europe - or so the title says

You never give up do you Pete? Chuffed to death 'cos you beat Leeds (we won there 3-0 recently...), and aren't involved in the relegation dogfight (for once!). Keep dreaming...

Cheers

" BIG BIG team"

Big, big teams qualify for the Champions League. Little ones like Middlesbrough FC... don't.

Whilst we may be out of Europe, it's nice to note that our run this year, earned us £23,000,000 alone. Wasn't Boro's total turnover last year only £13 Million? £23 Million's quite a tidy sum from a little jaunt into Europe (again).

Cheers!

Mike

PS NUFC - 70 games in Top Class European Competition
Sunderland AFC - 2
Middlesbrough FC - 0
Middlesbrough FC (1986) - 0

"NOT good enough for Europe"

Tell me the last time Boro played Juventus, let alone beat them...??? Tell me the last time Boro got into the 2nd phase of the Champions League? WHOA! Just remembered; all you can remember is a 1-0 win against NUFC. The height of Boro's achievement is beating us. Says it all...

Night Pete!

Cheers

Question

EEEEERm??? Did BORO not thrash Newcastle at the Riverside a few days ago??? Just wondering??? so, their striker could do what your striker couldn't - SCORE!!!??? I see, you make sense then ??????

A 1-0 win is a thrashing when the team winning destroyed the opposition in EVERY area of the park, thats when!!

Pete
