Well Michelle! Just watching the farce unfold on TV. It seems your concerns were correct! I'm sure you'll tell us the full story but it is laughable that Villa cant get a game like this to kick off on time for no other reason than a **** up with tickets. Sad really
I hope when the game does kick off it is a good one and Villa can win

meeting up with you again Lynne,
STi, don't get me fecking started on the farce, I was severely pissed off at the crap administration.
Ticketmaster - don't ever try to get tickets through them they are a waste of space.

That must have been one of the biggest ****-ups in football history. Ticketmaster had told people to collect their tickets at the ticket office & some people were going for them in the afternoon & were told to come back after 6.00pm
Villa have a lot to answer for, hope the FA conduct an enquiry into it.
Btw Aston Villa FC have apologised - whoopee fecking whoo Thats meant to appease everyone is it?

And Tickermaster were making £1.50 a ticket commission, any chance they may refund the £1.50???, at least Virgin trains put on buses and an extra late train, who can believe that, train companies getting it right for once!

And one who nipped in round the corner before him in the pub.
Villa were on the news tonight - there was Deadly Doug - sitting there looking a bit heavier IMHO with all that fecking money he must be hiding which he should be spending on players.
Fecking useless organisation.

Wayne, I have to say you are as nutty as I am.
I guess we have to be supporting the Villa.
I hope we get to meet up for a couple more matches before I loeave the country - let me know which ones you attend and get me a ticket for them.

I have to admit that as a rule, the Villa fans tend to be the best behaved in the Premiership and in fact the rest of the leagues.
The fecking team is still crap though.
NAF - I bet you only have a soft spot for us Villans until the unthinkable happens and we manage to beat you one day.

Oh come on!!! You have **** all to worry about, Villa have won **** all for the last few seasons - at least your misfortune is only a few fecking games!!!!
Try supporting Villa - then you will know what feeling sorry for yourself is!!!!!
Villa used to be such a good team especially in the seasons where we were graced with Paul McGrath's presence (that is when he wasn't in the boozer ) look at us now.

There was no way that there were 17,000 fans still queueing to get in 5 mins before the game!! Where the hell did Deadly Doug conjure that figure up from? There is no excuse for what happened!
Liverpool were despatched their tickets from Villa and then Liverpool sent them out to us fans that went and we managed to get ours in time!
So try again Mr Ellis and find another way to save ya fat *** from the fiasco you caused through ineptness!

What can one person do though Lynne? (Okay, so I can hire an assassin )
I broke my boycott of the ground to go to the cup match. I want to go to the next match armed with banners of "Ellis out" I will pass them to anyone who will hold them.
I am also going to have a flick through the Villa fans site and see if any others are taking any action.

Graham Taylor, put your fecking heart into Villa where it should be or get out. Whilst you're going, take that useless lump known as Ellis with you too.

I won't mind sitting in a fairly neutral area of the Pool ground (if it exists ) for that match and covering any signs of Villa clothing.

Excellent.
Stafford station isn't far from me, though we could travel from the station nearer to me. (Please don't give out the location anyone)
I can get a lift to either one.
