Their appears to be tickets available for liverpool v valencia, but how do i purchase them, i went to liverpool v spartak moscow but had ordered online, online sales r sold out, 2 make a postal application do i have to send of my previous stubs, or does it have to be a in person purchase?

No you dont have to go in person just send them to
