Cool

Any meets or hangouts going around there? Would like to chill with other Scooby owners. Also would love to see a P1 up close.

Cheers!

Hi there,

When are you coming over? Am sure there'll be something going on that you can come to.

Going to be there next weekend till the beginning of June. I'd like to meet at least one Scooby owner. Petter Solberg was here last week. Finally got to meet him in person. Crazy guy!

A group of us are meeting next Friday, 24th May, at The Woodman in Sevenoaks - see http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/threa...threadid=94507 - normally anything from 10 people upwards

Other than that, there's the Sussex meet which is held on the first Sunday of every month (so Sunday 2nd June will be the next one) - Dyney organises this.

A bit of a trek - about a 30 minute trip by train to Sevenoaks (from Charing Cross), then a good 10 minute car journey from the station to the pub.

Codemonkey,

A lot depends on where you are staying in London.

Post this and us peeps will have more of an idea where the best place for you to meet up would be.

P1_BEN,

It's at Goathurst Common in Ide Hill http://www.thewoodman-idehill.co.uk (on the B2042).

Normally anywhere between 10-20 people come along - it's a good night out

Codemonkey...make it to the Scoobysnax and odds are good you'll see a 22B, an STI7 and some kind of big Audi saloon (hi Dom!) There may also me a fairly heavily modded MY01 WRX, but chances are you won't see it as the owner has cunningly painted it camoflauge-green, and parks it on the grass LOL
Regards
Chuck

We've done a couple at Brands Hatch - excellent day, but have just sold our RB5 a week or so ago so are now Scooby-less (have now got an Audi - hence Chuckster's dig at DomA above - the s0d), but are fortunately still welcome at Scooby meets as we've made some really good friends over the years.

Anyway, enough rambling, a lot of the others do track days. Come next Friday if you can - plenty of stories to be told

Oh wait, May 24th, hahaha. No, I'll be in another country by then. Anyways, have fun at the meet!

Cheers
