Dear all,
Just a reminder for the "Hants pub meet on tour" on the 13th...hope to see loads of people there
Location: Milbury's, Beauworth, Alresford, Hampshire. SO24 0PB
Map here:
http://search.yell.com/search/ShowMa...3DBeauworth%26
You can zoom in and out as needed
Time: ~8:20 onwards..Southampton crew can meet up with Paul at the Sportsman about 7:45 - 8:00pm to travel up if wanted
I personally will be getting a good head start in the Corsa, so I'll see you all there - aiming for about 8pm.
Looking forward to it as usual
Jen

If you are going & fancy meeting on the way or if you dont know the way I live @ South Wonston (by the Water Tower near the end of the A34)& you will pass me on the way.
If you want to meet mail me, we could meet @ Tescos Winnal or the A34 Services

Seems good to me, I think its 8.00 at the pub although some of the Soton crowd arent leaving Soton until 8.00
If we meet @ 8:15 ish we should still be at the pub before them,
What do you think? Let me know
Suggest we meet in the overflow car park on the left just inside the Tesco site (opposite the Tesco garage) not the one outside the store as its normally heaving
I have a P reg Silver wagon with gold wheels, whats yours
My Mobile is 07799 623693 in case you are running late.
Any other takers for a SENSIBLE run from Winchester?

I might even drag me Mum along to hold my umbrella for me
Wont be able to stop long as I've got an early start in the morning but thought I'd make an effort to turn up for this one

Opened the garage door this morning and found my Scooby all dirty, looks like it took part in a rally last night. I'm glad we took it easy on the way home PAUL, I didn't want to get lost as I didn't have a clue where we were most of the time. Should of followed Jen and Chris I think.

Yeah, nice gentle run home Paul !!!!!!!!!!!!
Where on earth were we ???.... particularly that village that felt like we went round on ourselves a full 360 !!
Slowed as I passed an on-coming car in one of the lanes and that was it.... Colins tail lights were gone into the darkness ahead !!
Good choice of location though
Steve

Steve,
I cheated! before we left the Pub car park I attached a short length of bungee to Paul's back bumper!
Colin,
You must of been going a little too slow on the bends if the dirt had time to stick!

Colin - we had a really good run home as we tried to keep up with the 2 silver scoobs going to Winchester. Apologies to the guys in the STi 7 who we must have held up, especially on some of the hills!

Glad you all enjoyed the drive home!!!
As I was taking it easy I didn't think there would be any problem's keeping up.
Sorry if I lost you Steve but the car is a joy to drive at the moment.
When we go to Burley I will be at the back,no chance of losing anyone!
Cheers Paul.

Paul can I go at the front for the Burley trip as I know where I'm going for once, oh I forgot I'm on holiday then.
Monday night made me realise how s**t my wiper blades are, will have to invest in something essential not just more toys, I have bought some new toys for the Scooby Tuesday night.

No worries Paul, we were about two thirds of the way back to West End and had already passes the first raod sign. I didnt have a clue where I was but I was being pointed in the right direction !!
Must sort my exhaust out when I have the cash.... sounds rather unimpressive compared to some of the cars Monday night.
Cheers

Sorry ChrisD - I was goin' as fast as I could - when you have to change down a gear to get up a hill you know it's not good news
Colin - what'ca got?!?! You'll have to wax the windscreen, then the rain just flows off Or alternatively get some of that "rain away" stuff...
Steve - go on, you know you want too
Looking forward to the next one, hopefully in the Scooby
Jen
