Right spoken to Nick (the organiser) There is no Scoobynet stand!!! I think we'll have to leave it up to the Flat four club to stage the Scooby show, But we can still take over the car park
Nick confirmd we can get in from 8.30 onwards.
So those that would be willing to help out reserving the 50 bay Scooby parking area, we will be meeting at Pease pottage services on the M23 at 8.00 (to leave at 8.15) We will not be waiting for anyone who is running late!!!
Those wishing to help please mail me or phone me on 07968 804111

Might make this one!
One thing though, and I am being serious. My ex girlfirend is a horsey type and went to a few horse show things at hickstead and I'm sure she said that the road upto the showground is well, not that good, and she'd never take my car up there for fear of grounding out, just wondering if the organisers have though of this. would have thought so.

Maybe that means it'll turn into an event for those of us who dont feel that welcome in the sidc with greys/prefer show n shine to track/not in sidc
I know where ill be going and thats cos its 5 mins down the road and not two hours
Didnt mean for the above to sound so anti sidc, wasnt meant that way....

Pete,
yeah the little lane sounds like the one.
Chuck has a point about the date clash, but I'd probably go to this, and before anyone says anything, no, nothing to do with the other even being and SIDC one just that I'm with pete, this is damn sight closer to me than Donno. I've done Donno in a day before and it's a mighty trek.
Plus I missed out on Bolney and hopefully this will be as good as if not better, and bigger than Bolney.

yeah thats the place Markus, tho the main entrance is actually further south at the next junction off, then corss the a23 head up the slip road going north for a few hundred yards and its on your left hand side. (whereas the red circle is nearer to the lane we talked about earlier).
Rotdot, you can only come if you bring another bonnet with you for me

I would have loved to have gone along after missing Bolney, but I'll be sunning myself in America on my honeymoon!
Perhaps I might be able to make it to the next one. If there is one?

I'll be there as like you say Pete, it a bit more local than Donno.
Anyway is Donno gonna happen as the New Forest/National Motor Museum trip is off.
Not having a dig at the SIDC, but have they had anything to do with any of the recent rather large meets, i.e Bolney & the Big One ?
