Default HELP- Anybody know anything about M3's???

I´m out in spain stayin with my mate and he's had a problem with his 2001 E46 M3 (he parked it in a river), full story later.

Looks like a new engine or a rebuild if were quick, he's is tryin to get the insurance on it but it will be touch and go as they have government flood cover but its a pain in the *** for them to cover these things.

Anybdy know how much a second hand engine is for one of these and anybody who does them round our way?

Any problem putting a RHD engine in a LHD car?

I wonder if fiestaboy will fly to spain

cheer dudes

£2500 would be approx engine price Guv, most people usually sell them with ancillaries as they're a good swap for a non turbo model.....and as already confirmed no issues with LHD or RHD....

What i was trying to say is that they're a good swap for the non M series E46/E36 motors....
