next Herts meet

Due for another Herts meet soon, I have a location in mind (The Three Horseshoes, Hooks Cross, on the A602 between Watton-at-Stone and Stevenage) but I'll have to pop over there and have a chat to the manager and see how busy they are at a weekend.
Are we doing Saturdays now? I actually prefer Saturdays to Sundays anyway.

) but will be there this time as long as it isn't Easter weekend. Sat or Sun is fine with me ....
Steve - I know the pub, I came over stealthing behind Chris/Sal but went home to study (you were inside tucking into a pint and a pie I think

The P1 Meet MK2 is being held next weekend @ the Chequers in Redbourn. I think there were 30 or so cars at the last one.
Saturday 23rd Midday.
Definately going to that and the next Herts one as as I'm around!!

Ok let's scrub Easter weekend, any other preference?
Phil, that was The Bell in Benington which is ultra busy at weekends, and we could fill their car park twice over! This one is 'down the road' on the other side of Watton-at-Stone, if you come down the A602 from Stevenage into Watton you'll go past it, on you right.

sj skyline yes youre right there is a little meet at the chequers in Redbourn (location of last months meet) this saturday at midday. Its primerily an opportunity for P1 owners to have a chinwag but any scooby will be more than welcome to turn up, and indeed a few are

Jim you know the Three Horshoes don't you? Car park looks big enough but I'll have a look on Saturday on my way down to Chequers to see how busy they are.
Phil, I'm in a 1989 Eunos Roadster for the time being, you'd normally see me going sideways but I stuck some P6000s on the rear on Sunday so now I can (mostly) go forwards

The 3 horseshoes is also kiddy friendly with a large play areas and lots of tables outside and in. Big carpark too

Yep, not mentioning the fact it's less than a mile from where we live Maybe I'll invite people back to mine for coffees afterwards, got parking for around 20 cars in the yard. Excuse the mess.

I've been trying to get to a meet for ages. Seeing that the 3 horseshoes is 2mins drive from me, count me in. I reakon you could get 40cars in there when empty, so 20 might be a good guess....

Oh guys.....just seen the thread and we can`t make the 13th as it`s Harrisons birthday party (7 going on 17).
I`m not sure if Peter will come though (pardon the pun)as the less I see of him at the moment the better....long story!
