Default Need a car transported.....any dieas?

I've seen a car I fancy but would need it collecting from Middlesex and delivering to Yorkshire. Has anyone used one of these dedicated transport companies that will collect the car and have it delivered to me? If so any rough ideas on what they charge?

TIA

Everyone knows that the best part about getting a car from miles away is collecting it then driving it back- especially back to Yorkshire!!!

Don't know about the costs involved but I'm guessing it ain't cheap to transport it. Best of luck with the car mate, make sure you choose a transport company that has snowchains on its fleet!

P.S I'll drive it up to you for a reasonable fee- crisps and sweets mainly.

Nothing that flash tbh peeps. 306 Rallye. Can't get down to pick it up for a few weeks due to work commitments and seller would want it out from under his feet.

If the car is driveable.... I'd seriously consider grabbing a couple of mates... taking the train down and.......... ROADTRIP!!!!

Failing that.... maybe a AA/RAC recovery.....?

Used this kind of service a couple of months back and got charged £1 per mile. Only get charged for mileage one way. So if you get someone local to do it, you could work out roughly what it would cost if you know how far it is.

No longer required but thanks for all the help guys.
Seller needed to shift it before start of Jan and due to work commitments I'd have zero chance of getting down there.
